1.1 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites at trimly.sg and any mobile or web applications we publish (collectively, the “Platform”).
1.2 Amped Lab Pte Ltd (“Trimly by Astro Health”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Platform and related services in Singapore.
1.3 By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1.4 If you access or use the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and “you” includes that person or entity.
2.1 We may change these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Platform. Unless stated otherwise, changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use means you accept the changes.
2.2 We may change, suspend, discontinue, or restrict the Platform (in whole or in part) without liability.
3.1 Company: Amped Lab Pte Ltd (UEN 202343217Z), registered address 60 Paya Lebar Road #07-54, Singapore 409051.
3.2 We operate a telehealth platform providing services in Singapore to eligible users, which may include:
(a) health and wellness information;
(b) telemedicine consultations and follow-ups;
(c) e-prescriptions and pharmacy fulfilment;
(d) laboratory orders/results supported by Innoquest Diagnostics;
(e) care coordination, reminders, secure messaging; and
(f) delivery of products and medications via logistics partners (collectively, the “Services”).
3.3 We may refine or update the scope of Services at our discretion.
4.1 Age restriction: The Platform and Services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Persons under 18 must not use the Platform or any Services.
4.2 You must also be physically located in Singapore when using care functions (teleconsults, e-prescriptions, etc.).
4.3 Meeting eligibility does not guarantee access; we may decline or suspend access at our discretion (e.g., clinical suitability, misuse).
5.1 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
5.2 Keep your User ID (login credentials) confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@trimly.sg if you suspect unauthorised use.
5.3 You must not: (a) share your User ID; (b) attempt to bypass security; (c) introduce malware or harmful code; (d) scrape or harvest data; or (e) access the Platform via non-standard interfaces without our written consent.
6.1 Nature of telemedicine. Telemedicine involves delivering healthcare when you and a licensed healthcare professional are not in the same location. It may include sharing medical records, images, audio/video, device data, and secure messaging.
6.2 Security. We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards; however, risks remain (e.g., interruptions, transmission failures, unauthorised access despite safeguards).
6.3 Your acknowledgements and consent. By using telehealth Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
(a) you understand potential benefits and risks and consent to receive care via telemedicine from independent providers using the Platform;
(b) telemedicine may not be clinically appropriate in all cases; a provider may require in-person assessment or referral;
(c) no outcomes are guaranteed;
(d) confidentiality and PDPA protections apply to telemedicine as to in-person care;
(e) you may withdraw consent to telemedicine at any time by contacting support@trimly.sg (this may affect access to Services); and
(f) your provider may share information for treatment, healthcare operations, regulatory and safety purposes consistent with our Privacy Policy.
6.4 Emergencies. The Platform is not for emergencies. If you have urgent or serious symptoms, call 995 or go to the nearest A&E/clinic immediately. For adverse events or follow-ups, contact +65 8399 6783.
6.5 Critical care notice. Any person who needs any essential life-saving measure should not seek to receive such measure by Astro Health (Trimly)’s teleconsultation services.
7.1 Platform content (e.g., general health information, coaching tips, automated outputs) is informational only and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
8.1 Fees for paid Services (e.g., consults, medications, delivery) are shown at checkout and may change from time to time. Prices include/exclude GST as indicated.
8.2 Payments are processed by Plato (or another notified PCI-compliant processor). We do not store full card/bank details.
8.3 Orders, e-prescriptions, fulfilment, substitutions and delivery windows are subject to availability, clinical appropriateness and applicable laws. We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g., safety, stock, verification failure).
8.4 Insurer/employer claims. We do not submit claims to insurers or employers on your behalf.
8.5 Refund policy. All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be issued. If a product is defective or damaged on arrival, contact support@trimly.sg within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review and, if verified, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Medications once dispensed are non-returnable except where required by law or due to delivery error/quality issues verified by us.
9.1 Delivery scope: anywhere within Singapore (subject to serviceability by our logistics partners).
9.2 Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the specified address/recipient. You are responsible for accurate delivery details and for receiving time-sensitive/temperature-sensitive items per instructions.
You must not use the Platform to:
(a) violate laws or third-party rights;
(b) upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, or privacy-invasive content;
(c) misrepresent identity or clinical information;
(d) collect or harvest data except as expressly permitted;
(e) interfere with Platform operation or other users; or
(f) request or provide controlled/abusable substances contrary to law.
11.1 We and our licensors own all rights in the Platform, content and underlying systems. All rights reserved.
11.2 You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
12.1 You are responsible for information you submit (e.g., profile data, messages). You warrant you have necessary rights and that your content is accurate and lawful.
12.2 You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services and as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.3 Suggestions/feedback may be used by us without obligation or compensation.
13.1 The Platform may use or link to third-party services (e.g., labs, pharmacies, logistics, analytics, payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party content, terms or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their terms.
14.1 Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy (PDPA-aligned).
14.2 For data access/correction/withdrawal of consent or marketing opt-outs, contact support@trimly.sg.
15.1 We send marketing messages only with your consent and in compliance with PDPA Do-Not-Call obligations. You can opt out at any time via in-message links or support@trimly.sg.
15.2 We use cookies/SDKs and analytics/ads partners (including Google, Meta and TikTok) as described in our Privacy Policy.
16.1 The Platform and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement and security.
16.2 We do not warrant the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices/browsers; or that content is complete or current.
16.3 Healthcare professionals who provide care via the Platform are independent and solely responsible for the care they provide. We do not practise medicine and are not responsible for providers’ acts or omissions.
17.1 You access and use the Platform at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, goodwill; business interruption; or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
17.2 To the extent liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform, the Services or these Terms is limited to SGD 2,000.
17.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You will indemnify and hold harmless Amped Lab Pte Ltd, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your misuse of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of law or third-party rights.
19.1 We may suspend or terminate your access immediately (with or without notice) if we believe you breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, posed security or legal risks, or where required by law or regulators.
19.2 On termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. Clauses intended to survive (including 11–18, 20–22) continue in force.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

22.1 Entire agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding Platform use and supersede prior understandings on that subject.
22.2 Severability. If any provision is invalid/unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary; the remainder stays in effect.
22.3 No waiver. A failure to enforce is not a waiver.
22.4 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a business asset transaction.
22.5 Third-party rights. No person other than the parties has rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce these Terms.
22.6 Territory. The Platform and Services are intended for use in Singapore only.
